Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Floor Leadership
- Serve as a senior fitness expert and a primary point of contact for the training staff.
- Partner with the Studio Manager to ensure fitness operations are optimized to meet studio growth goals.
- Maintain a high standard of energy, safety, and brand consistency, serving as the benchmark for the coaching team.
- Act as a visible leader for the studio membership and a key representative in the local community.
- Lead by example, delivering "model classes" that demonstrate elite coaching cues and engagement.
- Support the Studio Manager in the technical onboarding and development of new staff members.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer feedback and "quality checks" to ensure consistent, world-class workout delivery.
- Assist in leading team meetings and technical education sessions to keep the fitness staff at the top of their game.
- The Intro Experience: Own the intro class journey, utilizing elite coaching techniques to convert prospects into long-term members.
- Skill Sharing: Mentor the training team on effectively communicating the "Orangetheory Science" and closing the "fitness gap" for new members.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless and high-converting member journey.
- Take a proactive lead in member retention by executing high-touch outreach for at-risk or low-usage members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including utilization and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive community-building initiatives, such as specialty clinics and studio challenges, to deepen member loyalty.
- Support the Studio Manager in overseeing the coaching schedule to ensure 100% coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and studio organization meet Orangetheory’s highest brand standards.
- Utilize studio software (MBO, OTF internal tools) to track business health and member progress.

- Certification: Current nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, AFAA).
- Safety: Current CPR/AED certification.
- Experience: 2–3+ years of group fitness experience with a proven track record of high-energy delivery.
- Leadership Potential: Prior experience in a "Team Lead," mentor, or management capacity is highly preferred.
