Working closely with our Network and Systems engineering teams and our Project Management and client Service Delivery functions to ensure prompt delivery of all projects. With a structured approach, strong team ethos and the flexibility and commitment to solve problems and get things done, the role holder will be a key member of this small but highly skilled and integral team.&nbsp; A key requirement of this job is flexibility as the role holder will be expected to work in short change windows, late at night and out of hours.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities and duties </strong><em>(include but not limited to)</em></p> <p>This includes, but is not limited to the following services:</p> <ul> <li>Equipment Rack and Stack</li> <li>Cable, Label &amp; terminate fiber or copper network cabling</li> <li>Assist with the diagnosis of hardware and software - troubleshooting</li> <li>Perform cabinet/cage audits</li> <li>Blade/Card, Memory, Hard Drive, and Transceiver installations or removal</li> <li>Testing and troubleshooting of copper and fiber optic circuits</li> <li>Perform migrations of equipment, power, or networking devices</li> <li>Shipping and receiving packages in Office and co-locations</li> <li>Receive, log, and store internal packages</li> <li>Arrange access for internal and external customers</li> <li>Order, receive, install, and test cross connects (copper/fiber)</li> <li>Provide timely updates using a computer-based ticketing system</li> <li>Perform and document inventory verification/counts and rack elevation</li> <li>Monitor and report on power utilization in co-locations</li> <li>Maintain overall Data Centre cleanliness and appearance</li> <li>Work flexible shift schedules including rotational on-call coverage</li> <li>Report to the facil
