Job Description

• Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations
• Must be able to meet/exceed our best in class key performance indicators on a daily basis
• Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes
• Open files as required
• Monitor timely entry release
• Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies
• Scan, and index documents into imaging system
•  Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”
• Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required
• Turnover to dispatch as required, timely
• Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external

• The pay range for this position is $20.00-$28.00 per hour. Pay is based upon experience and education.
