Your Career
The People Analytics team partners with the business and people leadership to guide decisions on our most important asset, our people. In this journey we strive to deliver insights, connecting people, performance to business outcomes focusing on recruiting, employee engagement, organization health, and workforce planning.
As a People Analytics Business Partner, you'll be a highly valued thought partner for stakeholders within the People organization and the business; an expert problem solver utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods to get things done. You will be detail-oriented, diligent, analytical and curious. You’ll be someone who wonders "What if?", then seeks out the solution. You’ll commit to helping implement and measure the effectiveness of the solutions in real time, iterating as needed.
You will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization to think through how to better attract, retain, develop and motivate talent as the organization continues to grow. Your knowledge of People data, along with deep business context, will enable you to shape and deliver deep insights guiding the People organization and Business Leaders to make thoughtful people decisions.
Your Impact
- Partner deeply with the People organization to uncover underlying business challenges - Use data-driven insights to get to the root causes and provide actionable solutions
- Play a pivotal role in shaping people strategy by delivering insights derived from data, influencing long-term objectives and ensuring alignment with broader business goals
- Leverage data mining, machine learning techniques, and predictive models that refine our understanding and inform how we work
- Clearly present findings to a diverse range of stakeholders, translating data into impactful business narratives and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data management (e.g., collection, storage, retrieval) and create user-friendly dashboards that simplify complex insights
- Contribute to team growth by sharing your expertise and providing guidance on deeper data science techniques and consultation methodologies
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field of people analytics and advocate for the adoption of new methodologies, tools, or techniques that can offer a competitive advantage to the organization
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Demonstrated ability (5+ years) to use People Analytics for deep consultation with business leaders, influencing decisions and ensuring scalability
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling using tools like R, Python, STATA, and/or SAS
- 3+ years of experience managing both structured and unstructured data
- 2+ years of advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
- Familiarity with SQL, Hive, SAP, Redshift, or Google Cloud Platform, etc.
- Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced, matrixed environment - Comfort with ambiguity is a must
- Proven ability to work seamlessly within a team, shaping ideas and driving execution
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
