The company has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) powered technology stack purpose-built for commercial trucking and the public sector. The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. Kodiak is also leveraging its commercial self-driving software to develop, test and deploy autonomous capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense.</p></div><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Investor Relations to lead, shape and communicate Kodiak’s investment narrative to the global investor community. This role is ideal for an experienced IR or capital markets professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to help build a best-in-class investor relations function at a company operating at the forefront of AI, autonomy, and logistics.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role will report to our CFO, and will work closely with senior leadership—including the CEO, and functional leaders across the business—to articulate Kodiak’s performance, strategy, and vision to institutional investors and equity research analysts.
