This position reports to the Product Director (VP of Product) and is based in Warsaw, Poland. We are an in-office first company and we work in a hybrid, 3 days from office mode. </p> <p><br/></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>In this role you will:</strong><br/></p> <p dir="ltr"><strong><br/></strong></p> <ul><li><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with the Product Director and the XFN teams to support the product vision by developing product Roadmaps, PRD’s (Product Requirement Documents) and create consensus on backlog tasks.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop systems design thinking and design player journeys that drive engagement and growth, centered on players motivations and behaviors and our games’ core principles.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Create product roadmaps and work hands on with a development team to ensure on time delivery of best-in-class features.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Use data and collaborate with BI/BA teams to solve problems and predict opportunities while building product roadmap, assessing ROI and prioritizing features.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, UI/UX &amp; flows, wireframes, define AB tests and user stories, prioritize backlog based on the expected outcomes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Keep all stakeholders aligned and build a common understanding of product goals and progress across all participating teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate closely with the economy and monetization teams to achieve a well balanced player experience across the features you are developing or optimizing.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support marketing in go-to-market strategies and use marketing insights for feature development.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Analyze game and player behavior data on an ongoing basis to define hypotheses and identify opportunities for improvement and threats.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Participate in player feedback research, map out player preferences, and act as the player’s voice in product decisions.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Perform market research for top grossing mobile games and be a domain expert on the highest impact features and experiences for the social casino segment and mobile gaming as a whole.</p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>Most wanted:</strong></p> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven track record of pushing the envelope in gaming product space.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">+2 years product experience working on top grossing mobile games.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">+4 years experience in product management or game design for mobile games. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficient with self-service analytics, ability to export and analyze data to produce meaningful insights.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Literacy in statistics and economy.</p></li></ul> <strong><br/></strong> <p><strong>What's in it for you</strong><strong>?</strong></p> <p><strong><br/></strong></p> <p></p>
