About the role:

We are seeking an innovative and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders, providing expert guidance on talent, employee relations, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive and collaborative approach to support and enhance the overall effectiveness of the HR function within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Talent Management: Support recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Organizational Development: Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and development. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for talent initiatives, improving processes and overall employee engagement.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. Recommend updates to HR policies and procedures to support business and functional objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 + years of experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree (complete or in-process).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
