Position Overview

The Director of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for leading our enterprise application technology strategy across our diverse organization: US Sales & Service, Canada Sales & Service and UK Sales & Service. This pivotal role focuses on delivering business value, fostering innovation, and enhancing adaptability within our IT operating model. The ideal candidate will develop application and business intelligence strategies that are in harmony with our corporate strategic initiatives, ensuring Reiser’s success now and in the future.

Qualifications & Experience

· Strategic planning and execution of application technology strategies.

· Leadership in technology initiatives and change management.

· Deep understanding of business processes and technology needs alignment.

· Expertise in data privacy compliance and IT security processes.

· Proficiency in managing data warehouses and vendor relationships.

· Experience with agile methodologies and creating working demos or mock-ups.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related field.

· Minimum of ten years of experience in a leadership role overseeing applications/technology.

· Minimum of five years of experience in Selling and Distribution Industry, or similar industries.

· Experience in the Food industry is preferred.

· Experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics, Document Management Systems, preferably ELO and ERP Systems, preferably Prelude.
