Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Build and install optical modules in a laser
• Align optical modules in a laser
• Make sure specs are met during alignment of laser
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on laser alignments
• Follow procedures and checklists when building and aligning a laser
• Work inside a class 100 cleanroom
• Perform ongoing daily work with minimal instruction, and with general instructions on newly introduced assignments
• May provide work assignment direction and technical training to peers

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands on experience using Digital Multimeter equipment is preferred.
• You are able to use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools, torque wrenches and calipers.
• You demonstrate excellent organization skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization.
• You are dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
• A demonstrated ability to work with little or no instruction on routine work, and with general instructions on new assignments.
• A willingness to learn, collaborate effectively within and across teams, and strive for continuous improvement.
• You are able to work extended hours, including weekends.
• You are able to stand, sit, bend, and periodically lift up to 50 pounds with assistance

Minimum Qualifications

4 years of related experience or bachelor's degree. Or 2 years of experience and an associate's degree

Base Pay Range: $27.89 - $47.41 Per Hour

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
