The Supervisor, Business Support follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective clerical support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. The Supervisor, Business Support works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.- Supervises a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team.
- Responds to, or redirects, routine inquiries from external or internal sources about the organization, its activities, or processes to ensure callers/visitors are answered promptly and accurately.
- Develops and maintains Business Support Policies and Procedures
- Communicates with external equipment suppliers (for example, vendors of photocopy, printing or fax machines) to arrange equipment service and repair.
- Gathers, compiles, and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms; and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
- Assists with in office meeting set up and coordination
- Oversees supply ordering process and budget for WI market

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 - 6 years of experience in administrative and/or customer service field
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.
- Prior professional experience collaborating with key stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills with all levels of management and employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and work independently in support of the department
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing team
- Experience in accounting or budget management
Additional Information
- Work Location: Need to reside in Wisconsin
- Travel: up to 30% throughout WI
- Typical Work Days/Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CST.

Driving
This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
TB
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
