Visión general y principales funciones

En Prysmian Chile nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Planificador de Mantenimiento Para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Coordinador de Mantenimiento, usted será responsable de planificar todas las tareas asociadas al Mantenimiento Preventivo Correctivo y Predictivo Mecánico y/o Eléctrico de máquinas y equipos de acuerdo con políticas dadas por la Gerencia de Planta en esta materia.

Principales Responsabilidades

01. Programar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo de máquinas y equipos auxiliares de planta.

02. Consolidar información de mantenciones, indicando las tareas cumplidas, los repuestos cambiados y las observaciones que corresponda.

03. Confeccionar Hoja Diaria de Actividades (HDA), Orden de Trabajo (OT) o el documento que la reemplace para la ejecución de trabajos

04. Proponer mejoras a las listas de verificación del Mantenimiento Preventivo.

05. Planificar tareas asociadas al Mantenimiento Correctivo Mecánico/Eléctrico en Máquinas y Equipos Auxiliares.

06. Participar en los Análisis de Causas Raíz (ACR) con antecedentes que permitan evitar la recurrencia de la falla.                                                                              

07. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.                                                                                                                      

08. Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad para llevarla más allá de la compañía.    

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

Técnico/Ingeniero en Electricidad, Mecánica, Electromecánica.

2 a 5 años de experiencia en cargos relacionados.

Conocimiento en motores eléctricos.                                                                                

Conocimiento de instrumentos. 

Excel nivel intermedio.

Conocimiento de SAP

Conocimiento en programación de mantenimiento.

Conocimiento en sistemas de gestión.

Overview and Key Responsibilities

At Prysmian Chile, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our team.

Based in Santiago, Chile, and reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning all tasks related to Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Mechanical and/or Electrical Maintenance of machinery and equipment, in accordance with the policies established by the Plant Management.

Main Responsibilities

Schedule preventive maintenance activities for plant machinery and auxiliary equipment. Consolidate maintenance information, detailing completed tasks, replaced parts, and relevant observations. Prepare the Daily Activity Sheet (HDA), Work Order (OT), or any equivalent document required for task execution. Propose improvements to the Preventive Maintenance checklists. Plan tasks associated with Corrective Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance for machinery and auxiliary equipment. Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions, contributing data to help prevent recurrence of failures. Ensure compliance with the company’s safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures. Lead safety practices at the workplace, maintain safe conduct, and commit to personal safety beyond the company boundaries.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

- Technician or engineer in electricity, mechanics or electromechanics.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in related roles.

- Konwledge of electric motors.

- Familiarity with instrumentation.

- Intermediate proficiency in excel.

- Experience with SAP.

- Knowledge of maintenance scheduling.

- Understanding of management systems.
