The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Global Marketing Manager for the glazing business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing glazing products.

• Developing annual operating plan, strategic marketing plan on glazing business.

• Implementing the strategic marketing plan – Including campaigns, events, digital marketing, etc.

• Undertaking continuous analysis of market trends and competitive environment.

• Gathering customer insights to continually refine our product roadmaps.

• Leading NPI programs, work closely with NPI team to define marketing materials and programs. Working closely with sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.

• Managing glazing portfolio to continue our revenue and margin growth

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start)

• Three (3) + years of industry experience in automotive or electronics in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Five (5) years of industry experience in automotive or electronics in a private, public, government or military environment

• Glazing industry experience

• MBA from an accredited institution

Travel:  May include up to 15% domestic and international

Relocation Assistance:  May be authorized

Work location:

·         Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 3M site in Detroit)

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
