This is a chance to lead meaningful change</span><span>,</span><span> develop processes and systems that deliver results.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You’ll Do</span><span>:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead investigations, analysis, and implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve lead time, productivity, first pass yield, and cost performance.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage and deliver significant improvement projects through the PMO</span><span>,</span><span> ensuring results are both measurable and sustainable.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead value stream mapping (VSM) and</span><span> lean</span><span> lighthouse</span><span> </span><span>projects that align with site and business strategy.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Partner closely with engineering, quality, and operations to support technology development, process optimization, and automation initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop and implement best practices and standards for Industrial Engineering.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide development and guidance in problem solving for assigned co-op, </span><span>technicians</span><span> and engineers.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Support and lead Kaizen and waste elimination projects that deliver meaningful value to the business.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Guide teams in Lean fundamentals, VSM, SMED, and work measurement techniques, ensuring improvements stick.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Collaborate on layout design and process changes to ensure alignment with Lean principles and </span><span>optimised</span><span> flow.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead and </span><span>participate</span><span> in cross-functional and cross-divisional CI initiatives.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide technical and cultural leadership in promoting a continuous improvement mindset across teams.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You’ll Need</span><span>:</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Bachelor’s deg</span><span>ree in Engineering</span><span>, Science, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven record of leading and implementing Lean and CI projects</span><span>,</span><span> not just </span><span>facilitating</span><span> but delivering real, quantifiable improvements.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Strong understanding of Lean tools </span><span>(e.g.</span><span> VSM, Kaizen, SMED</span><span> etc.)</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt a plus).</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience setting up new CI programs or frameworks from the ground up.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>#IJ</span></p><p></p><p></p>Travel Percentage: 10%<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
