The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support Arine’s Operations teams (includes Clinical Care, Implementation and Support Desk). In this role, you’ll contribute to strategic and operational initiatives that help scale our clinical impact and improve team efficiency. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the Operations Leadership team in tracking and analyzing performance across key metrics (e.g., project outcomes, staffing, clinical efficiency)
  • Assist in improving systems and workflows that help Arine’s Delivery teams operate at scale
  • Help coordinate projects and processes involving cross-functional teams like Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success
  • Maintain and update internal documentation on workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Assist in the management and administration of tools used by the Operations teams (e.g., telephony, SMS, IVR platforms)
  • Pull and organize operational data to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure Clinical, Implementation and Tech Support team success
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and tools

Our Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • 2–5 years of experience in an operations, project coordination, or analyst role - experience in healthcare or technology is a plus
  • A curious and proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Basic analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, or other data tools
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools like Jira, Smartsheets, Asana, or similar
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
