Customer Quality Engineer

This includes process auditing and process training as well as various quality operations for multiple types of products and processes, such as the continuous improvement process.</p> <p>If you are ready to start and grow your career in a world-renowned technology company, we welcome you to join us!</p> <p><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handling of complaints and requests from customers regarding delivered products. </li> <li>Build teams for analysis and involvement of specific functions to resolve complaints.</li> <li>Communicate with internal customers regarding the progress of analysis.</li> <li>Track performance indicators and define improvement actions based on collected data.</li> <li>Prepare information and analysis results for regular meetings at team level as well as at Management level.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <p>You are the first to spot possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
