Carneros Hills is a mid-sized winery specializing in the production of premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also utilizing our small batch equipment for the production of specialized small lots of Bordeaux varieties.

Seasonal Weighmaster – Carneros Hills Winery Under the general direction of the Cellar Manager, applicants will have the opportunity to be a part of the 2025 harvest process and assist in the receiving of grapes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This is a seasonal, hourly position. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Accurately calculate tonnage or gallonage on trucks received and shipped.
Issue weighmaster certificates and BOLS.
Maintain accurate records for grapes, juice, and wine receiving and shipping.
Accurately enter data into our BIMS program (Bulk Inventory Management System)
Communicate clearly with winery, vineyard, and transportation staff.
Maintain general cleanliness of the scale and sampling equipment.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Background and Experience HS Diploma or GED required. This position requires basic arithmetic and data entry skills. Individual must be organized with a strong attention to detail. Must have excellent people skills and be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
