A day in the life:

The Director, Barostim Coordinator is at the forefront of driving market access consumer programs, leading and inspiring Regional Barostim Coordinator Managers and their teams. This dynamic role is all about educating and assisting future Barostim consumers, with a keen eye on tracking and optimizing performance metrics. You'll be responsible for hiring and training top talent, managing team performance, and traveling to physician offices to roll out innovative CVRx consumer access programs. From onboarding new sites to ensuring impactful marketing collateral and streamlined processes, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach.

With your experience in team management, strategic planning, and launching new services, you'll focus on achieving and exceeding team metrics and goals. Key duties include designing and implementing strategic plans, offering daily guidance on performance and territory management, collaborating with CVRx vendors to enhance team effectiveness, staying abreast of market trends, and stepping in to support call center duties when needed. Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Learning agility.
  • Prior experience and success as a manager of a high-performing direct-to-consumer, inside sales, call center, or other team doing similar work.
  • Ability to understand and analyze team perfomance metrics.
  • Ability to motivate and coach individuals and teams, course correcting when necessary.
  • Ability to engage and interact with CVRx customers such as physicians and nurses, consumers, and vendors.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to manage competing priorities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter.
  • Strong competency in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Google applications.

  • Proficiency with presenting to groups and conducting in-service visits.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office conditions.
  • Call center environment: this role requires extended periods of time doing computer-based and telephone work in an office environment.
  • Periodic travel.
  • Position can be remote but must have quiet work environment; can also be office-based if the candidate lives near.
