The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees. 
 

We are currently looking for a dedicated Specialist HR Operations (m/f/x) to join our team. As an expert in HR operations, personal data management, and HR systems, you will collaborate with all HR functions to carry out operational tasks and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. 
 
A day in the life of a Specialist HR Operations (m/f/x): 

• You independently manage all core HR processes, from contract creation to offboarding, ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as internal and external guidelines. 

• You are responsible for maintaining and managing core data in our HR systems (employee, organizational, and position management) as well as key documents in the document management system. You monitor the completeness of employee files and the accuracy of the data. 

• You work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary payments for our employees. 

• You maintain close collaboration with other departments, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Retail Management. 

What do we need from you? You have: 

• A university degree or a comparable qualification (e.g. certified HR specialist) 

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources 

• Experience supporting other countries (especially Switzerland and Austria) is a plus 

• The ability to communicate effectively at all levels, influence others, manage stakeholders, and drive cross-functional collaboration 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, Turkish and English 

• Experience with HR management systems (ideally Workday or SAP HCM), preferably also with platform-based case and knowledge management sys
