Reporting to the Supervisor, Manager, Commercial Sales & Project Coordination, the Architectural Specialties Project Coordinator will offer internal administrative project coordination and support. The incumbent will work closely with the Sales Manager and a dedicated Customer Experience Team to manage workflow of quotes and order entry. This role will coordinate a range of related business and administrative efforts through both internal and external channels to ensure highly effective, organized and on-time delivery and acknowledgment of relevant data.

What does a Project Coordinator do?
- Directly assists all Sales, Production and Manufacturing Team members including the sales representative network.
- Facilitates orders, deliveries, schedule, and quality.
- Works to factor daily operations and communicates in a professional and prompt fashion with the sales representative network, clients, purchasers, and customers.
- Evaluates daily business efforts and priorities to factor necessary tasks and duties to ensure their smooth facilitation.
- Utilizes critical thinking and work experiences to formulate, develop and introduce plans and practices that can be implemented to reinforce and formalize effective execution of tasks. This is further emphasized with respect to all duties that support the delivery of product, detailed product and order information, and delivery schedule of products and material both incoming and outgoing, database management, etc.
- Ensures smooth and proper flow of manufacturing components and delivery of products on time.
- Facilitates strong internal team working relationships, general industry knowledge and growing technical knowledge.
