Job Description

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the company's accounting and tax situation, making sure that administrative and accounting processes are followed correctly, in compliance with deadlines and current legislation.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
- managing administrative documentation relating to company activities
- monitoring every accounting entry in compliance with the deadlines assigned

Qualifications

1.01 Identifies the operational procedures for the accounting treatment of transactions, applying the rules imposed by civil law and accounting principles for bookkeeping
1.02 Carefully carries out periodic tax accounting records, making any corrections where necessary
1.03 Verifies accounting movements relating to the Company's business activities
1.04 Takes care of the production of reports, monitoring the flows in order to ensure the economic-financial health of the company
1.05 Manages the customer portfolio, taking care of one or more customers directly or through local branches on the assigned geographical areas, and developing and strengthening commercial partnerships
1.06 Has the responsibility of managing the finalization of contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, ..) in collaboration with the area paralegal office and the general counsel
1.07 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities

Additional Information

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economy 

- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience on similar roles

- Work proficiency on English knowledge (min. B1)

- Familiarity with accounting principles and procedures

- Interest on contracts for real estate (plus)

- Availability to work full-time
