Description We are looking for a marketing rock star to lead integrated campaigns and demand generation for Uniphore. The Senior Director, Campaigns and Demand Generation will manage the team responsible for designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation at scale globally. The ideal candidate is an expert at campaign development and execution, is highly analytical, and is a strong people manager who can operate at strategic and tactical levels. You are highly collaborative, and have a strong track record of planning, building and managing global demand campaigns and ABM programs. You’re excited by the challenge of rolling up your sleeves and working cross-functionally at a fast-paced, hypergrowth company. Reporting to our VP of Growth and Demand Generation, this is a high-visibility, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Sales and other Marketing teams to drive awareness, demand, pipeline, and revenue. The position is based in our Palo Alto, CA office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to establish priorities, goals and targets. Develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver on those targets.
  • Lead the team responsible for the planning, design, and execution of integrated global campaigns to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and pipeline growth.
  • Build and orchestrate ABM programs that successfully engage prospects in target segments and accounts, and progress them effectively through the buyer’s journey across acquisition, acceleration, and expansion.
  • Partner closely with Sales and other Marketing teams to create detailed plans and metrics for campaigns/programs/tactics by region and by segment.
  • Own metrics and reporting for all campaigns including lead generation, pipeline contribution, revenue contribution, and awareness metrics.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity.
  • Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize performance, improve conversion and ROI.
  • Identify the right set of agency partners, manage relationships, and ensure performance.
  • Help lead, recruit, motivate, and mentor a team of high-performing, data-driven marketers.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 12+ experience of relevant Marketing experience, primarily in B2B tech.
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing global, multichannel campaigns and demand generation programs.
  • Prior experience designing and executing ABM programs.
  • Big picture thinking, and meticulous attention to detail – ability to quickly understand business objectives, create a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments.
  • Exceptional ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
  • Experience attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
The anticipated salary hiring range (base plus bonus) for this position is:  Palo Alto: $250,000 - $287,500
