Job Description

• Coordinates sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes with the VISC Sales organization
• Reviews and approves all Salesforce.com opportunities
• Creates pricing proposals for AEs to present to clients
• Processes monthly commission payments
• Creates commission calculators for each Sales employee
• Provides input and creates annual Sales Compensation documents for the sales team.
• Assigns annual Sales quotas for each territory
• Acts as the central point of contact to other internal departments
• Creates custom reports and presentations
• Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a  timely fashion.
• Oversees data capture initiatives to improve sales closure rates
• Documents sales workflows and identifies areas for process improvements. Assists sales management in identifying bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
• Reconciles monthly quota attainment for each team member in the sales organization
• Manages sales forecasting with management team
• Performs Ad-hoc reporting and leads out in design of PowerBi dashboards
• Acts as the salesforce.com point of contact for the sales organization
• Assists the Corporate Ops and Sales Enablement team with projects and services needed for the sales organization.
• Trains the sales management team on new technologies, processes and integrations that affect their teams.
• Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel. (Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Corp Op
• Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, PowerBI and Prezi.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Sales or a related field
