Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join an established and reputable company in the plastics and polymer Raw Materials Sector.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth and market presence of the company's product portfolio and will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth within the plastic materials sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals
• Leads and manages a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Negotiates and closes deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth
• Analyses market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
• Represents the company at industry events,conferences, and trade shows
• Undertakes frequent international business trips to meet with clients and partners

Requirements

• BSc in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• MSc will be highly appreciated
• 10 - 15 years of experience in sales and management within the plastics and polymer raw materials sector
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful sales teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem - solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of the raw materials market and customer needs
• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to travel internationally
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented approach and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
