As part of the Strategic Events department, the World Tour Team takes the Salesforce spirit on the road, delivering high-quality events around the U.S. and globally. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to support our energetic, fast-paced team. The right candidate will be an interpersonal wizard with solid communication skills and the flexibility to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the team with general project management

  • Invoice and PO tracking 

  • Coordinating internal meetings and tracking notes 

  • Crafting team templates 

  • Maintaining event inventory 

  • Coordinating event projects (Summer & throughout the year)

  • Maintaining organization of team documents, including Quip, Google Drive, Slack and Canvas 

  • On-site event support as needed

Experience/Required Skills

  • A Bachelors degree with at least 2 years experience in the professional workforce

  • Strong interpersonal skills and impeccable attention to detail

  • An understanding of the Google office suite, including Sheets, Slides, GCal, etc.

  • Experience with Slack and Quip

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility, and the ability to jump into (and between) projects as needs—as well as the initiative to notice a need and offer assistance where applicable

  • Proven ability to manage projects, adapt under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines

  • Ability and willingness to build new skills and accept new challenges

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally to support onsite event logistics
