We are looking for a part time facilities maintenance professional to join our Goldfish team. We are looking for someone who has great attention to detail and is willing to spend time keeping our pool and pool area in a like new condition. 
Our pool area is 90 degrees, so the ability to work in a warm environment is a must. You must be willing to work a morning/early afternoon shift of 4 hours Monday, Tuesday, and Friday between the hours of 7am and 3pm. 
Responsible for keeping the facility in a like new condition. Includes but is not limited to: 

• Pool maintenance to include: Scrubbing the pool deck once per week, removing grates and cleaning pool deck gutters, keeping pool tile and coping looking like new, and general pool deck cleanliness 
• Wall maintenance to include: Touch up painting as needed, washing walls as needed
• Other facilities maintenance that includes: Dusting HVAC sock, cleaning shower-heads, ensuring all air intake grates are clean and serviceable
• Swim Island maintenance 

Work Environment: While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School  Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
