The work:
The Tech Lead is responsible for leading and guiding the team, applying technical and functional knowledge to meet the requirements with software development methodologies, principles, and integrate per requirements. The Tech Lead will:
- Be a detail oriented Technical Leader with background in custom development.
- Have experience tracking complex delivery to fixed milestones.
- Have strong problem-solving skills, able to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve.
- Understanding the object-oriented concepts and design.
Here's what you need:
- Hands on experience with Java 11+, REST, JSON, JPA 2.1+
- Hands on custom development experience
- Experience with Hibernate Transactions, Caching principles and/or Aspect oriented programming
- Have experience participating in the full agile development lifecycle
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $95,600 - $178,600
Colorado: $95,600 - $154,300
New York: $88,600 - $178,600
Washington: $101,900 - $164,400
