Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour 
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday; 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

 

The applicant must have excellent customer service skills. Candidates must be able to work efficiently, independently or on a team, while consistently demonstrating compassion and empathy for pets and their owners. The ability to multi-task and keep calm during stressful situations is a must.

Having basic knowledge about animal health, well-being, routine procedures is a must.

Additional Office Skills:

• Proficiency in typing at least 45 wpm
• Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel
• Experience with handling all forms of payment options (cash, credit cards)
• Experience with Cornerstone software is very helpful
