Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator on-site at our Hanover, MD facility. The purpose of this position is to provide maintenance and operational support for all company-owned and/or leased vehicles to include television Mobile Units, Box Trucks, and/or Cargo Vans. We prefer a person with a Class A CDL. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must. This person should have a variety of skills related to the maintenance and coordination of vehicles and trucks. Must be proficient in many areas involving Mechanical / Electrical / Carpentry. In this role you will be involved in some of the biggest Media / Broadcasting / Sporting Events in the world.

This is a Full-Time position on-site at our Hanover, MD facility. This position requires full commitment, and the person will be on call 24/7.

Key Duties Include:

• Schedules and coordinates regular maintenance for all Mobile Units and Tractors with Penske

• Mechanical: Mobil unit tire, wheel, and brake inspection / replacement
• Mobil unit exterior trailer marker / signal lighting inspection / replacement
• Perform pneumatic mast maintenance, cleaning / replacement
• Perform compressor, regulator, and oil maintenance / cleaning

• Electrical: Electrical wiring and maintenance
• Lighting maintenance
• Power bay maintenance
• Understanding of 12VDC systems

• Carpentry: Mobile Unit interior cabinet and countertop installation and repair
• Mobile Unit interior floor, wall, and ceiling maintenance
• Equipment rack panel fabrication and installation

Requirements:

• 3 years or more of related experience
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical circuit wiring and maintenance
• Carpentry, mechanical maintenance, fabrication abilities
• Class A CDL required / strongly preferred
• Valid DOT medical card preferred
• 25% travel throughout the United States
• High School Diploma is required
