The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Work you’ll do:

• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions 
• Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues 
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports 
• Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches 
• Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products 
• Assist in proposal development as requested 
• Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients 

Required:  

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience 
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines 
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools 
• Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com 
• Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com and other CRM solutions 
• Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint; Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  Preferred:  

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience 
• Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology 

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90,000.00 to $125,000.00. 

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
