Summary of Role:

This role will provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition team (TA) and various business units. As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functionally to deliver excellent support and drive success by providing a best-in-class candidate and customer experiences. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 

  • Take ownership and lead all facets of co-op recruiting, including managing relationships with universities and colleges.
  • As an integral part of the TA team, you will assist in continually evolving the on-boarding process.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes including scheduling on-site and virtual interviews. Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment needs by opening requisitions, coordinating with Hiring Managers/teams, coordinating interviews, and debriefing sessions.
  • Support Talent Acquisition team by creating and sending offer letters and associated documents.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment background and drug test.
  • Work with HR Operations to provide onboarding support.
  • Help maintain critical reporting and tracking metrics.
  • Follow-up on pending job requisitions to ensure they are approved on time and move through the system workflow quickly to posting.
  • Manage our preferred vendor search firm list and obtain necessary documents to set them up as a vendor to be paid. Process payment for vendors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain contact with candidates ahead of their start date to ensure they have all necessary information for their first day.
  • Great technical acumen and ability to learn new systems and technology.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through.
  • Other Administrative support as needed.
  • Position is office based (3 days in office).

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years relevant experience as Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar HR role.
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sounds judgement to know when to manage through or escalate decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams.
