Under limited supervision, this position provides administrative and other programmatic support to the Clinicians in our Field Service Department. The responsibilities will include interacting with clients both internally and externally, clerical, billing and scheduling for Field Service clinicians as well as organizing hospital visits.Position located in Kennett Square, PA., no public transportation is available.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to thirteen Field Service clinicians. Answer incoming calls and routine calls to on call clinicians, schedule appointments for multiple species and maintain calendars in the EMR.
- Ability to work in Microsoft Suite and Outlook calendars.
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments for a variety of species. Handle client needs/concerns with patience and care.
- Enter charges in Field Service EMR, HVMS. Manage client concerns related to patient care and billing questions.
- Prepare schedules for both Veterinary and Harcum students on Field Service rotation.
- Assist Field Service Supervisor with any other projects as assigned.
- Collate and distribute mail, File and maintain medical records, Create a order in RIS for clinicians when imaging is required for any Field Service patient.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- High School Grad/GE Degree and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Work experience in a fast paced office environment or previous veterinary office work experience preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
