Salary/Position Classification

• $18.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dr. David Delene in the Department of Atmospheric Science is seeking undergraduate student(s) who has an interest in analyst of atmospheric measurements. The Research Analyst will help the research team with conducted funded research projects.
• The research team is involved with several airborne research project. The position will provide the employee with a unique opportunity to establish a technical and practical knowledge of working with research observations. Required Competencies

• Good written and oral communications
• Attention to detail
• Student should have an interest in Atmospheric Sciences.

Minimum Requirements

• Aerospace undergraduate student that has taken a meteorology class.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software programming is desirable.
