What are we looking for?

Contentstack is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content Intern to join our marketing team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, editing, and distribution within a fast-paced SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a keen eye for detail, a passion for digital content, and a desire to learn about content marketing best practices. You will primarily focus on copy editing, blog writing support, and email writing assistance, contributing to a variety of exciting content projects.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Content Editing & Writing: Review and edit website content, blogs, emails, and marketing materials for consistency, grammar, and alignment with Contentstack’s brand. Assist in writing, drafting, and SEO optimization of blogs and emails.
• Content Management: Help organize content libraries, track performance, and assist in content audits.
• Expert Influencer Outreach: Research and reach out to industry influencers for content contributions. Maintain outreach lists and assist with surveys to gather insights.
• Additional Support: Provide content editing, writing, and administrative support, and help with projects like creating ungated digital experiences.

• You have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to ingest technical content and translate it into top-of-funnel messaging.
• You have strong multitasking abilities and can juggle multiple content-related tasks.
• You are familiar with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfortable working with other content management tools.
• You have an interest in content marketing, with a passion for creating compelling narratives.
• You are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
• You are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing.

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.
