Project Manager - (Functional Area)

Role Overview

InReach is hiring our Project Manager, our leader will support the planning, implementation, and management of programs supporting the vending organization. This role involves coordinating between stakeholders, managing timelines, overseeing budgets, and ensuring that program activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering impactful results.

 

InReach has a full range of service lines to address different needs in a variety of spaces. From the lobby to the breakroom, from the ground floor to the top floor, and everywhere in between. What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate program records, including timelines, budgets, reports, and participant data.
• Prepare regular program reports and performance evaluations for leadership.
• Coordinate logistics for program events, including venue selection, transportation, catering, and materials.
• Ensure smooth execution of events and resolve any on-the-ground challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of program activities.
• Provide administrative support to program managers and other team members.

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software ( Asana, Trello, Smartsheets, IRI Data, Nielsen Data).
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
• Budgeting and resource management experience is a plus.
