What your new challenge will look like
As a Senior Agile Coach (d/f/m) within 4flow software you will be part of an experienced and closely collaborating agile coaching team. We are highly autonomous drivers of agile change throughout the organization, with both operational and strategic responsibilities, spanning from team coaching to companywide initiatives concerning the agile mindset and practices.
In this team you will:
Support all levels of the organization in adopting the agile mindset and practices and delivering value through their products.
Plan, facilitate, and moderate team meetings and workshops on demand.
Drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
Motivate and empower the team to improve the work quality.
Create transparency within the organization through metrics and giving constant feedback.

To be successful in this role, we believe you should bring at least 10+ years of dedicated experience in an agile related role to 4flow. In addition, the following are important to us:
A lean-agile mindset, critical thinking, and strong empathy for people
Sound knowledge and experience with various agile approaches
Strong coaching, facilitation, team building and training skills
Knowledge in organizational development
Comfortable and efficient working in an almost exclusively remote environment
Very good English skills to communicate confidently with our international colleagues. German skills are not required.
