You will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives through M&A, fundraising, and other strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience in high-impact projects.</span><span><b>Team: </b>The CEO team reports directly to the CEO of Sword and is responsible for: Supporting the CEO and Sword's leadership through our exponential growth, with high-impact strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities; Driving cross-functional and financially significant projects across core business units; Leading and supporting new wave development, new business verticals, etc.; Promoting alignment and accountability across the organization as a change agent for the Organization</span><span>.</span>
<h3>What you’ll be doing:</h3>
<ul>
<li><b>Deal Sourcing & Evaluation: </b>Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities by conducting market research, industry mapping, and target company analysis.</li><li><b>Financial Modeling: </b>Build and maintain financial models for valuation, scenario analysis, and due diligence purposes.</li><li><b>Fundraising Support: </b>Support fundraising processes by preparing investor presentations, data room materials, and financial analyses.</li><li><b>Due Diligence: </b>Coordinate internal and external resources to support diligence efforts across finance, legal, product, and technology.</li><li><b>Market Intelligence: </b>Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investment landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.</li><li><b>Executive Communication:</b> Prepare investment cases and recommendations as well as materials for board meetings, executive updates, and investor communications.</li><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration: </b>Work with teams across product, finance, legal, and operations to support strategic initiatives and integrations.</li></ul>
<h3>What you need to have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field;</li><li>1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting or corporate development;</li><li>Excellent analytical skills;</li><li>Curious, proactive and resourceful, with exceptional attention to detail;</li><li>Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously;</li><li>Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with high ownership and accountability;</li><li>Organization and planning skills;</li><li>Highly proficient in spoken and written English.</li></ul>
