Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients and other external partners. This position is responsible for reviewing, coordinating and maintaining business activities.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Coordinate travel logistics for executives and employees (i.e. conference registration, airline and hotel reservations, ground transportation)
- Coordinate company events such as annual picnic and holiday party – duties include site selection/site visit; menu/entertainment; promoting of event; maintaining attendee list; finalizing event plans, etc.
- Schedules internal client meetings
- Prepare expense reports for Executive Officers. Coordinate meetings with Senior Staff
- Coordinate company participation at trade shows/conferences – i.e. registration, travel, hotel reservations, shipment of supplies
- Provide project work for Executives as requested
Qualifications
The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates Degree is a plus
Business Experience: Seven to ten years of related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Notary Public
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent relationship building and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
