Citibank, N.A. seeks a Specialized Analytics Group Manager for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Contribute to the implementation and measurement of key HR Partner and Delivery Process strategies (Onboarding, Offboarding, Workplace Concerns, Discipline and Complaints Case management) relating to Citi’s manager and employee population. Support the development and implementation of programs and processes to deliver superior HR solutions to meet business needs, partnering closely with other Human Resources teams. Provide insight and advice through data on key processes related to the HR Business Partner and Delivery Partners business support. Analyze and provide insights and tools into efficient and impactful processes and apply analytics and research expertise to provide advanced analyses of the various HR processes for the team's strategies, critical for senior HR leader decision making. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology, Economics, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Diversity Analyst or related position involving Management of HR policies and processes, as well as advanced data analysis and measurement of HR process impact, for a bank or institution in the financial services industry globally. 5 years of experience must include: Workday Reporting; High Proficiency in Excel; Learning Management System Reporting; and Advanced Data analysis. At least 3 years of experience must include: Power BI, Visual Basic programing; Tableau; and People management. Up to 10% international and domestic travel required.
