About the role

The Director, Organizational Development is responsible for leading the Organizational Development team in support of the enterprise. The OD team is a function designed to proactively provide support to senior leaders and executives through team and organizational assessment, interventions and executive coaching. Reporting to the AVP of People Solutions & Strategy, this role is essential in building and implementing strategies across the organization. This includes building and collaboratively implementing a 1–3-year OD strategy designed to improve organizational effectiveness, empowering OD team members to execute and deliver on the 1-3 year strategy in daily operations.

  

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in training, education, business management, human resources or organizational development. 10+ years of progressive, HR, organizational development, or talent management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing teams or functions. Proven experience designing and implementing OD strategies that drive organizational performance and cultural alignment. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale change initiatives and team/organizational effectiveness programming. Demonstrated capability in leveraging data analytics and HR technologies to inform organizational development strategies and organizational outcomes.

Preferred
Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development. SHRM-SCP/SPHR/ODCC or equivalent certification. Coaching certification(s). PROSCI certification. Enneagram certification. Experience in healthcare, academic medicine, or similarly complex, matrixed environments.

Compensation Range

$180,884.00 - $271,326.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
