Property Manager - Crestview

Methodist Retirement Communities a non-profit organization with a 50+ year history of providing quality living for seniors, is seeking a Property Manager for its Affordable Housing campus in Bryan, Texas.   With a mission to honor and serve older adults as an expression of Christ’s love, we are dedicated to making life good for all who call a MRC community home. 

This position will be responsible for the daily functions of managing a building on campus and for processing admissions for subsidized (HUD) apartments, providing applications and requirements to prospective residents, and completing a tedious HUD form annually to verify resident income and eligibility.  Other duties support the goal of helping residents adjust to group living by creating a warm, caring atmosphere.

Prior experience working with a seniors is helpful.  A demonstrated ability to provide top-notch customer service, strong communication and relationship building skills, and proficiency in the use of office automation software (Word, Excel, etc.) are required.
