Main Responsibilities:

1. Prospect business opportunities, approach potential customers, uncover customer needs, present solutions, close the deal and sign the sales contract.

2. Achieve quarterly and annual booking and gross margin target set by the company.

3. Facilitate and maintain BD and market promotion related materials, including but not limited to general BD presentations, project interview preparations, service proposals, etc.

4. Plan, manage, and support other external communications, including drafting letters and prompting phone calls.

5. Being familiar with building sustainability related services, including but not limited to LEED, WELL, Green Building Label, Green Mark, CxA, Energy Audit and Retrofit, M&V, etc.

6. Know building sustainability related technologies, LEED rating systems, and related technical areas.

7. Work together with project managers to prepare time budget for potential projects so as to help a reasonable quotation.

8. Assist project managers of the payment tracing if necessary.

9. Bind BD and market promotion related experience and develop tools to raise efficiency.

10. Performing other job-related duties as required

 

Key Qualifications:

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Fluent spoken and written skills in English (Frequent communication with international clients in daily work).

·         Able to deliver performance under fast pace and pressure.

·         Major in HVAC or other fields related to the building industry, Bachelor degree or above.

·         3-5 years of relevant working experience in green building industry.
