REPORTS TO:  Director of Food & Beverage 

FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt / Hourly

This internship focuses on an immersive Hospitality Operations experience with a Food & Beverage focus for the 2025-2026 sporting and event season. The intern will gain hands-on experience in event logistics, from the point we plan and receive product to presenting the great eats we have to offer to our guests. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Director of Food & Beverage on ensuring sponsorship agreements are met 

  • Help with inventory processing and structuring the warehouse for best operational practices 

  • Assist the premium services team in setting up for banquet and catered events 

  • Support Chefs in brainstorming menu ideas based on client or event needs 

  • Partner with F&B Manager on coordinating Non Profit Organizations based on event needs and support 

  • Research industry trends for cocktail development, concessions opportunities, and unique food technologies 

  • Support suite event process including processing and organizing orders, preparing event paperwork, troubleshooting during events, and closing out orders post-event 

  • Collaborate with operations, food and beverage, and administrative teams.

Education and/or Experience           

  • Currently pursuing a degree/certification in Hospitality Management, Food/Culinary Manage
