As Head of Regional Marketing and Corporate Events, you will be a visible and impactful leader, working directly with senior leadership to drive commercial success. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help lead Accruent to new levels of performance. You will own marketing for North America, partnering closely with Regional Sales and National Accounts teams to accelerate market penetration. Globally, your reach will extend through ideation, development, and deployment of strategic frameworks and best practices.

How you'll make a difference:

• Lead our marketing strategy, customer communication, market-driven lead generation, and corporate messaging.
• Build best-in-class digital marketing capabilities that drive substantial top-of-the-funnel growth. Invest in the underlying analytical capabilities that will drive digital conversion and enhance the customer journey.
• Develop and lead compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
• Create a compelling brand vision and strategy. Develop content that is exciting, inspiring and ultimately drives customer traction.
• Establish a performance-based culture that instills operational rigor and discipline throughout the organization. Create a mindset of continuous improvement.

You are an accomplished marketing executive and proven strategic business partner from a highly regarded technology company. You are a strong, people-driven leader with the ability to teach, mentor, and develop teams. You have a steep career trajectory, meaningful breadth of experience and the potential for further career growth. You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to inspire a team and influence critical internal and external stakeholders. You possess a hands-on, ‘get it done’ mentality that is a hallmark of other successful leaders at Fortive.

The salary range for this position is $129,800 - $241,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
