Responsibilities
Utilize data visualization and descriptive statistics to connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded insights for scalable and intuitive reporting.
Conduct both ad-hoc and project-based analyses by employing descriptive statistics, allowing for a comprehensive examination of the data and its underlying characteristics.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative datasets to generate impact-driven recommendations for cross-functional partners including Effects, Music, Content Programming, and Creator Partnership.
Implement the extraction of information from existing tables by employing SQL, allowing for efficient retrieval and identification of relevant data.
Collect and act upon feedback from our regional operations to present to platform teams in an actionable manner.
Facilitate the development of proof of concept during feedback sessions, serving as a tangible demonstration to validate the alignment between the proposed modifications and the stakeholders' envisioned objectives.
Communicate analysis results to technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing.
Generate comprehensive technical documentation elucidating Python programming language code in meticulous detail, enabling technical audiences to comprehend, enhance, and modify the code as necessary.
Produce detailed documents elucidating the results of ad-hoc projects, providing thorough explanations of the problem statement and drawing conclusions through graphical representations and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Building and maintaining interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools Tableau, Looker, or Microsoft PowerBI to measure organizational effectiveness by tracking KPIs (key performance indicators);
Automating data reports and performing quality review;
Identifying business problems and proposing growth opportunities with data-driven insights; and
Generating data visualization and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Conducting statistical analysis using Python to discover patterns and make actionable recommendations to business for improvement;
Analyzing large quantities of data by writing performant queries in PostgreSQL with window function, nested queries, CTE, multiple joins, and lateral view explode, and visualizing data results with graphs and charts, and presenting results to stakeholders to help make data-informed decisions; and
Utilizing Statistical techniques correlation analysis (Pearson, Spearman, or Kendall), significance test (t-test or ANOVA), A/B testing, and linear regression model.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Domestic and/or international travel up to 10% required.

Salary Range: $123627 - $220611 per year
