Location: Reno, NV (must be local or relocation required)

The SAP Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP services to our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the performance of the SAP support team. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of SAP systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring alignment to service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the team, provide guidance and support, and manage their performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, requirements, and challenges and develop customized IT solutions to meet their needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining solid relationships and addressing concerns or issues.
  • Monitor service delivery performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery and take proactive measures to maintain high-quality service.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP service delivery management role
  • Experience in ERP application maintenance and support is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
