We are looking for a Claims Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d), based in our Alpharetta, GA, O’Fallon, MO or New York City, NY offices
Your Team
Reporting to the Head of Claims Operations, you will drive operational excellence across the Claims organization.
The Impact You Will Have
The Business Analyst in System Solutions is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that align with organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing system solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and integration of technology systems.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements. Documenting and prioritizing business requirements.

Process Analysis: Analyzing current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies. Developing process maps and models to visualize improvements. Recommending changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Solution Design: Working with IT teams to design system solutions that meet business requirements. Developing functional specifications and use cases. Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.

Implementation Support: Assisting in the development and testing of system solutions. Coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Providing training and support to end-users during implementation.

Stakeholder Management: Maintaining strong relationships with business units and IT teams. Communicating effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations. Facilitating meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.

Continuous Improvement: Monitoring system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in system solutions. Proposing enhancements to existing systems and processes.

Experience in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve business processes and decision-making is highly beneficial.
The annualized base pay range for this role is $98,700 - $196,073. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate.
