Pratt & Whitney's North Berwick Engineering Center, located in beautiful Southern Maine, is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Integrated Project Team (IPT) Lead / Project Engineer with the creativity, drive, and desire to see their ideas become a reality.

What You Will Do

• You will apply Project Engineering skills to support activities and technologies related to military gas turbine hardware. Hardware responsibilities include components found in the fan and compressor modules.
• You will work with the Cold Section Engineering (CSE) Organization to support and lead cross-functional teams responsible for the design, fabrication, and repair of fan and compressor static section hardware.
• Other activities include: detailed task planning and tracking, budget management and ownership, earned value management (EVMS) - coordinating Operations and manufacturing teams, integration of technologies into product lines, participating in investigations and corrective actions.

What You Will Learn

• This position is a part of our Engineering Development Program (EDP). EDP participants will complete three to four rotations to build technical breadth and leadership abilities before graduating from the program.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience with manufacturing processes, aerospace design methods and procedures, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in a program environment related to hardware design and development.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
