Quality Intern

National Metalwares, in Aurora, IL is looking for a Quality Intern. The internship will provide the student with relevant skills in both Quality and Process Engineering within our Quality department. This intern will report to the Quality Manager.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in Customer Complaint review including Corrective Action and Root Cause Analysis.
• Create and submit PPAPs for new products.
• Perform daily audits of in process and finished goods.
• Assist with Material Certifications.
• Assist with measurement equipment calibration.

Position Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or quality Engineering.
• Paid full-time internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work onsite in Aurora, IL and have reliable transportation.
