What You Will Do:
Drive strategic initiatives to enhance commercial efficiency and effectiveness within the Mobile business unit.
Develop and implement best practices for sales operations leveraging best practices in sales management (e.g. SFDC) and marketing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies and make data-driven recommendations and lead training and development initiatives.
Lead sales teams as a functional leader in the matrix in order to achieve revenue goals. Closely align with branch leadership on short- and mid-term action plans.
Gather and analyze market and regulatory trends as well as customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and build strategic initiatives around identified opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize commercial go-to market approach, pricing strategies and product offerings.
Contribute to the overall success of Mobile as a member of the Mobile Business leadership team.
How You Will Do It:
Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to assess market conditions and competitive positioning.
Lead projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
Facilitate communication between sales teams and other departments to share insights and best practices.
Provide hands-on support and customer-facing representation of Mobile together with local sales teams.
Conduct regular sales and performance reviews with sales teams, define actions together with branch leadership and reporting to the Managing Director.
What We Look For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferred: Master’s degree or MBA.
Longstanding experience in commercial excellence, sales management, or related roles.
Substantial relevant experience in the fire detection/ extinguisher business.
Experience working in matrix organizations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive change and improve processes within an organization.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools.
Flexibility to travel.
This role belongs to the Total Feuerschutz GmbH entity contractually.
