What you'll do...

My Assistant Platform team is responsible for developing and deploying Generative AI solutions to boost associate productivity day-to-day, as well as providing platform capabilities to internal teams to build their Generative AI agents and experiences.In this role, you will be building an LLM-powered intelligent experience, inside chatbot or business application, to improve employee experience and productivity. You'll be responsible for designing and building an intelligent conversational interface that enhances communication, automates tasks, accesses data and insights, and provides personalized Q&A support to employees, ultimately creating a more efficient and engaging work environment.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate in a highly multidisciplinary team environment.
- Work with lead data scientists to design, architect, and build AI/ML models and systems.
- Design and implement scalable evaluation pipelines to assess enterprise-level AI/ML solution performance.
- Partner with machine learning engineers to deploy, operate, and optimize scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers to design user journeys, feedback loops, and analyze user telemetry.
- Develop your skills through end-to-end AI/ML product experience.
- Establish robust work standards to ensure the development of trustworthy AI/ML solutions.
⠀What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in traditional machine learning algorithms (e.g., multi-class classification, decision trees, support vector machines) and deep learning (e.g., CNNs, LLMs).
- Expertise in statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python, and experience with mainstream machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- 4+ years of industry experience with a proven track record of ownership and delivery of ML-based models/solutions in production environments.
- Ability to execute trustworthy AI/ML practices in collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Experience coaching junior data scientists through technical and business challenges.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to share research progress, breakthroughs, and product innovations through publications, presentations, and other mediums.
- Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and evaluation frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling GenAI and Agentic AI solutions in a professional environment at scale.
- Strategic thinker and hands-on builder, able to set high-level architectural vision and dive deep into optimization when needed.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy turning complexity into clear action.
